Dress Agency – Terms and Conditions of sale
Items must be clean, freshly laundered, pressed, appropriate to the season and less than 2 years old. We can only accept 6 items at a time, unless prior arrangements have been made.
No counterfeit goods will be accepted.
You remain the owner of the items which we will endeavour to sell on your behalf in our shop or on our Ebay store.
We will agree a price with you upon accepting items. Our commission is 50% of the selling price. Should your item sell on Ebay, our 50% commission is taken after any fees incurred have been deducted.
We reserve the right to refuse any item should we deem it unsuitable. Please do not be offended!
We endeavour to take care of your items whilst on our premises, however they are left at your own risk and are not insured against theft, damage or loss.
Items will be on sale for 6 weeks. After 6 weeks we will reduce the price by 20% for a further 2 weeks, or you may arrange to remove your items from sale and collect them.
Any items which are unsold after 8 weeks will be removed from sale. Arrangements must be made to collect your items.
Items which are not collected within 2 weeks will then become the property of the agency.
It is your responsibility to check whether your items have sold. Please contact us on the specified date to check on their status or to make arrangements to collect payment.
Payments will be made in cash, by agreed appointment only.
